Rates

We have a rate structure commensurate with our quality, professional work. The rates specified here are based on short-term projects only. Better rates are offered for longer projects. Contact SurfCity Networks for more information.

Web site Development
Simple web site content creation and updates (exclusive of any programming), including telephone consultation, is billed at $55/hour in .25 hour increments, 1 hour minimum. Complex web site coding (HTML) is billed at $95/hour. Web site programming (Java, ASP, WebDNA, etc) is billed at $125/hour.

Programming, Specification and Design
Programming, technical specifications, software application design, documentation, testing, and telephone consultations are billed at $125/hour.

On-site Services
Southern California on-site visits are billed at $125/hour in 1-hour increments. Travel time is billed at 1/2 rate actual time in .25 hour increments.

Data Conversion
Data conversion rates are the same as the on-site rates. Hardware and software setup time, if any, will be billed to the customer.
