Wholesale broadband services leverage company specialization

Huntington Beach, CA, and Crestline, CA - May 19, 2004 - In a joint announcement, Dreamlinks LLC, a Southern California ISP has selected SurfCity Networks, Inc. to provide its customers with broadband internet access. SurfCity Networks brings with it a heritage of excellent internet access services operating on one of the fastest nationwide networks available with over 100,000 miles of fiber optic cable.

Dreamlinks will continue to provide its customers with excellent customer service while SurfCity Networks will deliver broadband internet access. David Saylor, SurfCity Networks CEO explains, "Dreamlinks has a winning strategy. With this type of partnership each company can focus on what it does best. This is the ideal business relationship where the customer is truly the winner. Our customers are always our number one concern and we are pleased Dreamlinks recognized that and chose us to be their wholesale provider."

Mr. Saylor added that while small and mid-sized ISPs have the flexibility and personalized touch to deliver superior customer service than the larger providers, it is difficult for smaller ISPs to maintain top notch broadband networks (a specialty of SurfCity Networks). "This is another example of the the ISP industry consolidating and specializing." SurfCity Networks offered Dreamlinks a flexible reseller package that met their requirements, allowing Dreamlinks to maintain ownership of the customer.

The company will incorporate current and future Dreamlinks customer circuits into its Huntington Beach, CA and Irvine, CA facilities. Dreamlinks will continue providing customer service, support, and custom services such as web hosting and e-mail to its customers.
